Crankshaft grinding machine M8260x3000
1. Main functions:
M8260x3000 crankshaft grinding machine is used to grind the journals and crankpins of crankshafts, especially for the automobile, tractor diesel engine works and their repair shops. The machine is featured with simple structure, easy operation and a wide application.
2. Main features:
The machine is controlled mainly by hand, partly by electric (headstock and tailstock in synchronization by servo motors) hydraulic control(wheel head)
Specialized chucks are offered for clamping of work piece, which can be removed and replaced with centers according to different length. The longitudinal traverse of work table can be controlled either by hand or by automatic, and the cross traverse of wheel head can be controlled either by hand or by hydraulic.
With hydraulic system and electric linkage structure adopted on the wheel head, safety can be guaranteed when operate miss occurs during the grinding or adjusting process. A protective shield is equipped above the wheel head and a rapid driving-and-reversing mechanism is used on the wheel head, too.
The headstock and tailstock is in synchronization by employing FAGOR CNC control system by Spain and YASKAWA servo motor by Japan, under which the work piece revolves. Timing belt pulley and anti-backlash gear guarantee an accurate transmission ratio. A separated electric cabinet is adopted.
The wheel spindle, framed in telescopic construction, is driven by motor rested on wheel head through belt pulleys and triangular belt. Hydrostatic bearings by domestic makers are adopted on the wheel spindle. Separated oil system and accommodation oil tank as well as air-cooled device are employed on this machine.
A set rule for work table is optical grating scale with 3000mm in length.
