W11 Mechanical Symmetrical Rolling Machine 3-roller

Main characteristic

The aircraft structure for the symmetric three-roll, the upper roll which do up and down movements

is in the center of the two down rollers, landing exercise by the hydraulic cylinder piston in the rote

of the hydraulic fluid botained for hydraulic transmission; the two down rolls for the next rotation.

Through the reducer output under the roller gear with the gear mesh for the provision of rolling

plate torgue. The disadvantage is the plate with the other end of the pre-bending device.

This machine is mianly composed of working rollers, large forgings and welding structure

Features:

1.the upper roller moves vertically along the perpendicular between tow lower rollers

2.the two lower rollers are ratating and transfering torsion to plate materails so that the metal

sheets can be pulled into the roller clearance

3.the machine can rolling metal plates into various shaps, such as arch, round and so on.

Whole bending working is based on the rotary deformation. Our rolling machines are widely
